Can I see samples of the materials before I place an order?
We offer a wide variety of materials, and some samples may not be available. Please contact us to let us know which materials you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
What is the difference between an inside mount and an outside mount?
An inside mount is installed within the window opening, creating a clean and streamlined look. This option requires sufficient window depth to accommodate the shade.
An outside mount is installed above or outside the window frame. It’s a great choice when there isn’t enough depth for an inside mount or when you want more coverage.

If you’re unsure at any point, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
For wider windows, we will send an order confirmation email to verify measurements before production. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will follow up via the phone number provided.
What if my measurements are incorrect?
If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering. Once production begins, size changes are not possible.
What materials are your window shades made of?
Materials vary by product type;
Roman shades: Linen or jute or polyester blend
Roller shades: Polyester
Curtains: Cotton, linen, or jute

How do I install the window shades?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All of our window shades include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Even after the warranty period, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help and can still provide support and solutions.
How long is the turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 7–21 days, depending on product type and order volume.

Where are your products made?
Some of our window shades are made in Houston, Texas, while larger sizes are produced in our partner factory due to equipment limitations. Rest assured, all of our products are made to the same high-quality standards, no matter where they are manufactured.
Do I need to pay any additional tariffs or fees in US?
No. All tariffs are already included in the price. We cover these costs on behalf of our customers in US, so the amount you pay at checkout is the final total with no extra fees—unless additional add-on options.
What is your return policy?
We can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or if we made an error. That said, we’re committed to helping you in any way we can. If you have any concerns with your order, we’re here to assist and make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
How do I clean and maintain my window shades?
Care depends on the material;
Regular cleaning: Dust with a soft cloth or feather duster
Spot cleaning: Gently blot with a damp cloth (do not rub)
Roman shades (linen): Remove fabric and wash on a gentle cycle with cool water and mild detergent.
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals
Can I match my shade color to my wall or décor?
Yes! We offer custom color matching. Simply provide a CMYK color code, and we’ll create a shade to match your décor.
Do you offer motorized options?
Yes. Select products are available with motorized systems.
