I had to go online to check several videos, but I was able to replace the bead chain loop myself and it works great. After watching the videos, I also felt that I could repair the broken chain loop and use it to replace the one that the previous owner painted so that it no longer pulls smoothly.

I wanted a shade that was different and this shade hit the mark. The original design did not work with my dimensions and they did a great job changing it so that it would look good. I could not be happier.
I researched this company prior to order. Heard good things. They did not disappoint. We had a very unique large design and the owner of the company was very helpful. He helped me through text and phone calls on the design. When I Received the product, I was very satisfied. Product is very well built. Zero Issues! that's rare anymore. I would order again for sure. For Reference we ordered large double pleat curtains for our outdoor patio area.
Beautiful linen blind with reed. We chose it to give a Korean hanok style in our office and it’s perfect! It lets warm light through but blocks the bright sun. It arrived within a few weeks and was well packaged. Only thing that could be better would be better instructions in the package but it was easy enough to work out. Very well made and would definitely buy again.
